I was extremely dissatisfied with the response I received regarding my question about paying three months ahead and having my discount taken away for the automatic enrollment. I did not see anywhere where I could pay ahead without taking off the automatic enrollment and had intentions of putting it back on after I processed my payment. I never thought I would be penalized for paying ahead and then being told that that was just the way it was. Because of charging me more money to pay the balance of the six month policy period, I am going to look for another agency/company for our truck coverage. We are extremely disappointed....
