I’ve had Allstate for 40+ years, auto, homeowners, and umbrella. I’m very pleased. However, I have never met Ned Loyd. I’ve been to the office a few times and he wasn’t there. I did get answers from the one staff person that was there. But I can’t rate Ned Loyd a 10 because I’ve never met him. In fact, I was shocked to learn at that visit that the previous agent Eric Burke, had died some time ago and I was never informed that Ned Loyd assumed the new position. Eric was always available and we had regularly scheduled meetings to go over my policies.
