My mom’s insurance got lowered immediately when she called the main number. I can’t even get anyone in this office to call me back and then when I finally do I get someone who 1. Thought I needed a new policy. 2. Called me numerous times on days I specifically said I was unavailable.

You did confirm that our office made multiple attempts to return your calls; however, those attempts didn’t line up with the times you were available. We understand how frustrating that can be, and at the same time, we are a team of real people working through a high volume of requests and doing our best to connect with every customer.

I also want to clear up the difference you experienced when calling the main number. That line is an automated system with several prompts. If “agent” isn’t selected or stated, the call is typically routed to the corporate service department rather than directly to our local office. That can create a very different experience than working with our team directly.

We truly value you and your family as long-time customers, and we want to make this right. If you’re open to it, please share a couple of specific times that work best for you, and we’ll make sure the right person connects with you when you’re available.
