I started working for my father's insurance agency when I was in college. I've been licensed since 2003 and decided to open my own agency in 2007. I'm a third-generation Ellis County resident which is one of the many reasons I chose to open my agency here. I grew up in this area and want my boys to grow up where my grandfather, father and I were raised.
One thing I love about this area is that it's growing quickly! I'm proud to be a member of Red Oak's business community and try to stay involved with local organizations.
Outside of work, family is important to me. My husband, JJ, works at the agency with me, and we have three boys – our nephew, Nathan, and our sons, Cannon and Kayson – and our fur babies, a boxer named Blitz and a cat named Momma Kitty. In my spare time, you'll find me at the beach, decorating (shout out to my amazing sisters and friends who let me rearrange their things) or eating Mexican food. I'm a big fan of visiting the farmers market in Waxahachie and the architectural salvage next door.
We're a big baseball family and consider talking sports our second language. JJ and I were married at the ballpark in Arlington (Go Rangers!), so stop by the office and we'll be happy to talk about your favorite teams and their current standings.
My favorite thing about being an Allstate representative is building relationships with customers. I love learning about a customer's career, their favorite book or where they travel. We're a family agency, and it's our goal to treat each customer like they're a member of this family.
