Our first office was opened in 1984 and we have continued to expand ever since! Providing outstanding customer service in a community I love, while helping friends and neighbors learn how to choose the right coverage, is very rewarding.

This community is important to me and I am a member of the North Little Rock and Sherwood Chambers of Commerce.

As a native of Central Arkansas, I know and love life here. I graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 2005 and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where I received my bachelor’s in communication and business. When I’m not working, I love to hit the local links for a round of golf or explore some of the great hiking and cycling trails the community has to offer.

Julie Leyendecker began her career in the insurance industry in 2011 and joined Our Agency in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, she has moved into the role of Customer Experience Manager!
She focuses on a variety of insurance products, including Home insurance, Auto insurance, Earthquake insurance, Flood insurance, and Life insurance. Julie enjoys the dynamic nature of her role, where no two days are the same, and she values the opportunity to work alongside her team to help customers in any way they can. Her favorite part of the job is the sense of camaraderie that allows them to support customers, knowing that everyone may be facing different challenges in their lives.

Outside of work, Julie has a sense of adventure, having once jumped out of a perfectly good airplane while skydiving. She enjoys making lasting memories with her family, traveling the world and exploring new places. Julie’s passion for helping others, along

with her adventurous spirit, makes her a well-rounded and engaged team member, both in the office and beyond.

Beth joined our agency in March 2014 and is excited to help the community with its insurance needs. Beth has been part of the North Little Rock community since 2003 and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Justin Robbins joined the insurance industry in 2024 when he became part the Agency as a Licensed Sales Producer and Social Media Manager. Outside of her work in insurance, Sarah is a licensed cosmetologist and has a creative side as well. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took a stand-up comedy class at the Improv, adding a bit of humor to her life and exploring her comedic talents. Sarah’s diverse interests, from her passion for insurance to her love for creativity and humor, make her a well-rounded and dynamic individual both in and outside of work.
