Agent is Too concerned with pushing customers to use some kind of App and agent is kinda rude. That being said, Donna Groves is absolutely wonderful and I will highly recommend her. She is very nice, personable, friendly and seems to enjoy her job.
If Allstate is going to have the agents pushing Apps instead of personal face to face contact, that is the wrong direction for a business to go. My wife called shortly after having someone hit her and my son and spoke to the agent who kept pushing us to use the app. We don't use apps! And it is ridiculous to have 2 adjusters for one claim when both parties have Allstate. The whole experience on that level has been horrible. The only shining light has been working with Donna when we need to.
This is the second one of these we have completed. Please don't send anymore!

Donna Groves is absolutely wonderful. I have spoken to the agent once and he is not very personable and actually kinda rude. I was not impressed with him at all. He refers everyone to the internet or to an app for help. Most people do not want to use those, they want to talk to someone. I called when we were hit by a guy and the agent answered and told me I could do everything on the app. I called 5 minutes AFTER the accident. And when I told him I was not using an app he got alittle upset and kept pushing the app. I have driven for years and have many insurance agents and he is the most impersonal and rude acting agent I have ever dealt with. If that is the direction that Allstate is going there will be alot of customers leaving not just this agent but other agents. Losing the personal tough is NOT the way to go. I only deal with Donna Groves his assistant and she is great. She is very helpful, understanding and personable. She seems to like her job. As long as she in in the office I will continue with Allstate, if she leaves I will be leaving too due to his attitude.
