My name is Octavio Pina, and I am the Agency Owner the agency with locations in Santa Ana, Long Beach, and Temecula. I have lived in this area since 1988 and founded my agency to help provide a higher standard of financial protection for Southern California families.

I lead my organization with a unique academic and professional background: I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and a Doctor of Law from UBA. These credentials allow me to systematize complex insurance data into clear, logical explanations for customers; my goal is to eliminate the confusion often associated with auto and home insurance. I have been an Allstate representative since 2007 and have been recognized with the Allstate Leader’s Forum award for 12 years and the National Conference Award for six years.

My commitment to our community is the foundation of everything we do at the agency. I am an active Sergeant with the California State Guard and have served as the Chairman of the Board for both Templo Calvario Community Development Corp and Coastal Community Hospital. I also dedicate time to the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce and the Allstate Foundation to support local youth and safety initiatives. My team is proud to offer bilingual support in English and Spanish; we are here to help see that every resident in the greater Lons Angeles area has access to a great insurance experience.
