Just seems like my insurance rates went up and up and up and up and up and nobody contacted me nobody called me on my phone I was just told you know what everybody people who don't have insurance and blah blah blah I'm basically paying for it I've had a good driving record nothing's happened and I'm just like really not satisfied at all There's been no like interaction personal interaction with the team over off of Saratoga Avenue and just sad not used to this never used to be like that when we first started with them over 20 years ago anyways that's it
