I grew up in Chatham County, in a small town called Bonlee. I've been here all of my life because I love it here so much. I've been fortunate enough to travel around the country and this has confirmed to me that Chatham County is a very special place. When I was younger, my father, "Kitten" Holt, was the ground breaker of the Bonlee Recreational Ball Field near South West Chatham County. I enjoyed playing there as a youth and coached my sons when they played, as well. Now, I enjoy being a part of continuing the legacy that my father created by helping families and children live their dreams on the fields.
I have a family of four that includes my wife, Bethony, and our sons, Aaron and Sam. We have a dog, named Daisy, and two of the coolest cats around, Muffy and Tootsie. I enjoy supporting my community through sponsorship of the Bonlee Recreational Ball Park. In addition, I support several Christian based charities including Piedmont Rescue Mission, Charis Relief Ministries and Reach Out Crisis Pregnancy Center. I'm also a member of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce.
As I grew up, I watched friends of my fathers that were also in the insurance industry, so I was able to see, firsthand, the relationships that they had with customers and those in and around their communities. These relationships appealed to me because I enjoy interacting with and learning about people's interests. I opened my agency to foster the lifestyle of having my own business, create ways to help others and help grow the community.
