I’ve been an agency owner in the community since 2009 and can honestly say this business is my passion. I’m a long-time resident of Island Lake where my husband and I raised our two children. The communities of Cary and Island Lake are near and dear to my heart which is why I chose to open my agencies here. The customer base has expanded over the years from southern Illinois into northern Illinois and Wisconsin. I’ve truly grown with the families I serve and love helping them protect what matters most.
I opened my agency after my husband lost his job in 2009. I was already working part-time in a local Allstate agency and loved the work I was doing. Because of this, I knew I would enjoy being an agent and took the leap by opening my Cary agency that same year.
When I'm not in the office, my staff and I support many community organizations and events, including Heroes Like Hayley, a foundation established in memory of a Cary Grove High School student that supports families battling pediatric cancer, and Give Bonnie Strong 77, a cause for our son’s former hockey teammate who passed away from pediatric cancer.
Staying involved in Cary and Island Lake is extremely important to me. I'm an active member of the Wauconda Area Chamber of Commerce and the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jack, my son, Nick, my daughter, Katie, and our shi tzu puppy, Lucy. You'll find us boating and camping in the summer and binging TV shows by our fireplace in the winter.
