No problem with the agency. Every time I called, I was treated in a very patient and kind matter. You all were very helpful to me !!!
On the other hand, I don’t feel that way about my one claim that I had. I owned a luxury car that was damaged. The replacement parts that were suggested was not comparable to what was needed for replacement. The claim process as it is now, without someone physically assessing the car leads to inaccurate claims and is timely to have to have repeated contacts.
