What is don't understand is that I paid the insurance in full for the year 1 week before the due date and 5 days later I
What is don't understand is that I paid the insurance in full for the year 1 week before the due date and 5 days later I received email stating that the payment is due in 3 days. Also the insurance cards haven't updated so I can replace the old cards. I can only assume that they will on the coverage ending date. It appears that the website and the actual office are not i sync.
