I have been an Allstate agent since 2013, and I have lived in the community since 2002. I love living here with my wife, Julia daughter Olivia and son Miles. I enjoy being a part of the community, and building local relationships is one of the best parts of my job. I serve as a member of the Board of Directors for Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity, Member of the Tennessee Lottery Minority Committee, Member Of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and support the March of Dimes.

I was a letter winner for the Middle Tennessee State University Football Team. Being a student athlete and having the opportunity to strap up for the Blue Raiders gave me an undeniable love for the area and Blue Raider Football.

Upon receiving a Master of Science from Middle Tennessee State University I was blessed with opportunity as the Program Coordinator for the City of Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department. This gave me facility to impact the Murfreesboro community through programming, partnership and awareness. Under my leadership, Patterson Park Community Center was awarded the Donald H. Stanton award presented by the Ethnic Minority Section of the Tennessee Recreation & Parks Association to the community determined to have the best overall Community Center programs. After 3 1/2 years of service, I had developed an undisputable love for the City of Murfreesboro and the Middle Tennessee community. However needing a way to serve the community and satiate an entrepreneurial spirit I was guided toward Insurance licensure by my father-in-law who is a 35+ year Allstate agent. After rigorous preparation, I opened the doors of The Steed Agency in Smyrna, TN. I am very proud and thankful for the opportunity to serve as a trusted Allstate representative to customers. I value the things that customers work so very hard for and this is why my agency and staff focus on customer service and relationship. It is truly an honor to serve this community. Poor customer service walk into office never acknowledged, Rep Jay never acknowledged me sitting for over twenty minutes, I was the only other person in the office sitting in a chair. Never acknowledge sent an email same day owner never got back to me. He doesn’t need my business. I’m a high-end net worth, doesn’t matter everyone should be treated respect you should still be acknowledge whether you’re busy or not. It’s called decorum. Please look it up. Thank you.
