My family has been with Allstate for a long time our original agent was Scott black who was fantastic. Ever since Ryan has taken over as our agent I have found very hard to get ahold of Ryan. When me and my wife moved into our apartment we needed renters insurance and I called a bunch of times to try and get that done but I got texts back asking what I needed. So I communicated with someone over text, but I am a person who likes speaking to my agent over the phone rather than text so that was frustrating. The following week we got it taken care of but I have to say that trying to get ahold of Ryan was difficult which honestly makes me wonder if other insurance providers would be better. I would love to continue doing business with Allstate, but the poor communication is something that bothers me. I have talked to other family members and they feel the same way.
