My Dad Joe Sapp who recently retired. He spent 51 years being an Allstate Agent.

I am thrilled and excited to continue offering Allstate products and customer service with the same personalized attention my dad, Joe Sapp, has provided for the last 51 years. Our agency has been building lasting relationships with families in Baytown and surrounding areas since 1971, and I look forward to continuing that legacy. Our long-standing reputation of being an agency with integrity, transparency and overall excellent customer service is something I am incredibly proud of.

The Baytown community is near and dear to my heart. I grew up in the area, and after graduating from college my husband, Fred, and I moved back to the area to raise our three kids.

I have worked in the agency for 22 years, and the best part about becoming an Allstate Agent are the personal connections I make with customers. Our office is family oriented, and we love having personal interactions with customers. Between members of our staff and me, we have over 100 years of combined insurance knowledge and experience that we want to share with customers. She is also our commercial lines specialist. Cynthia grew up in North Houston and moved to Baytown when she got married. Her pride and joy are her three girls, Cynthia loves being a girl mom.
