If it were not for automated e-mails, I would never know who Shane was / is. I never get anything personal anymore.
If it were not for automated e-mails, I would never know who Shane was / is. I never get anything personal anymore. Even the birthday greeting are automated and lack any personal touch. I get plenty of noticed of rates going up, and requests to review the policy in an effort to sell more insurance, but i doubt Shane would know my name if you were to ask about a customer of his named, "Leonard." I know I am old school, but an automated system loses a lot of personal touch. I have stopped calling Shane's office when I do have a question about insurance because when I do, the reps I speak with seem to know little about the reason I am calling and constantly request that they can get back with me. Thankfully not all Allstate agent's offices are like this. I know the office has changed hands several times, but I would like to think that I matter to the one who is profiting from my business, or at the very least, his employees. Like I said, I'm Old-school and like to think that cstomer still matter to businesses and individuals
