I cannot imagine Sondra treating a family member any better than she treated me. Yes, she is that dedicated. Not only a rarity in this day and time but a force to be reckoned with when she steps up in defense of a glitch that could have had unpleasant consequences.

She and Meghan were both understanding and I appreciate them both; however, Sondra had the unpleasant job of having to spend time redoing a mistake that she did not make. She not only fixed the issue prior to an impending deadline, including but not limited to submitting forms to underwriters and my mortgage company, but she was effectively calmed an alarmed customer.

Sondra earned my confidence not only with her intelligence and hard work, but also re: the type of solid good people her agent wisely employs. I feel good about Sondra, Meghan, the agency and Allstate as a whole! Sondra did that. She is living proof that taking personal pride doing a job well-done still matters. I am grateful.
