After discussing we did confirm we notified you of your transfer to our agency after your current agent retired in 2021. We also concluded you could be calling outside of office hours, leading you to be transferred to the general Allstate hotline for immediate assistance, whereas if you called us 8am-5pm our local office would be at your service!
