Louisiana has always been my home. I grew up in Lake Charles, studied at McNeese State University and now live in Carencro with my husband and two children. When I’m not at the office, I spend time with my family. We enjoy visiting relatives in the area, taking weekend camping trips at Indian Creek Recreation Area or fishing at Toledo Bend Reservoir.

I got started in the insurance industry in 1998 and have been representing Allstate since 2002. Almost immediately, I realized my passion is getting to know people and helping them learn to prepare for unexpected. That passion led me to open this agency in 2004 and my second agency, in Lake Charles, in 2008, and my third location in Lafayette, LA in 2022.

My community is important to me, and my local involvement runs deep. I’ve served as president of the Carencro Business Association, as well as Business First, Women Who Mean Business. Empowering youth in the area is important to my team and I, and I’m proud to have helped sponsor fundraisers and events at many local schools.

My agencies have an amazing staff that looks forward to helping you with your insurance needs. Donna was born and raised in Grand Isle and attended Nicholls State University. She is a faithful member of Our Lady of Mercy Church and loves her family, animals, and the outdoors. Donna speaks Cajun French and she knows a thing or two about southern hospitality. She has worked serving customers her entire life. For many years she worked in her family owned business. In 2006, she transitioned to the insurance industry as an agency team member and is our agency’s retention specialist. Customers that walk through our door all know and love Mr. Michael Hebert. He began his Allstate career as an Agent in 1980 when Allstate was located in Sears stores. He sold his agency to Staci and he and his business moved to her location in 2008. Mike was going to stay awhile just to help with the transition and retire, but after a short while he realized he still loved insurance and didn’t want to leave the customers and coworkers that he had formed a close relationship with. Michael is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health. He is our agency’s claims specialist and helps see that customers are always treated fairly. He is now part time, in the office every Tuesday and Thursday, and loving the semi-retired life. When he is not in the office you can catch him on the golf course enjoying the great Louisiana weather.
