I was born and raised in Louisiana. I grew up in Lake Charles, studied at McNeese State University and now live in Carencro with my husband and two children. We’re a close-knit family, and most of my time away from the office is spent with them. On weekends, we enjoy fishing at Toledo Bend and visiting relatives in the area.

I began my career in the insurance industry in 1998 and started representing Allstate in 2002. I found it rewarding to get to know peoples’ unique needs and help them learn to prepare for the future. This led me to open my first agency, in Carencro, in 2004 and this agency in 2008. And in 2022, our third location in Lafayette.

My staff and I share the desire to stay involved and give back to our wonderful community. We serve as members of the Southwest Louisiana Chamber of Commerce, Moss Bluff Civic Group, Carencro Business Association, Business First, Rotary Club of Westlake and the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors. Empowering students in the area is important to us, and I’m proud my agencies have sponsored events and fundraisers at many local schools.

Customer service is our main priority, and I’m grateful to have amazing team members in all three of my offices. Customers that walk through our door all know and love Mr. Michael Hebert. He began his Allstate career as an Agent in 1980 when Allstate was located in Sears stores. He sold his agency to Staci and he and his business moved to her location in 2008. Mike was going to stay awhile just to help with the transition and retire, but after a short while he realized he still loved insurance and didn’t want to leave the customers and coworkers that he had formed a close relationship with. Michael is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health. He is our agency’s claims specialist and helps see that customers are always treated fairly. He is now part time, in the office every Tuesday and Thursday, and loving the semi-retired life. When he is not in the office you can catch him on the golf course enjoying the great Louisiana weather.
