For the most part it has been good,except I was not notified when the business changed hands.On my last renewal i was told they no longer could print and send out physical copies of proof of insurance, which was fixed on this renewal .

Had trouble setting up auto debit for over 3 months & monthly amount wasn't what I was quoted. Finally last month the rate was the same for my auto insurance & now I don't care about auto debit amount being through my debit card. It was never constant in the beginning.
