Mixed. The convenience has been nice and we saved a lot of money by switching to Allstate. That being said, email communication is poor. I have two policies and asked via email if they were both set to auto renew. My agent said yes, everything was in order. Four days after the renewal date, the auto policy had charged, but not the home policy. I had to go in and pay it late manually. I asked with another email why the price went up and gave my availability and phone number hoping they would call back. No one ever responded to that email or called me back.
