Steve Moore was born in Goldsboro, NC on July 9th 1960. He’s a big fan of the outdoors and in 1976 he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Steve graduated from Rosewood High school in 1978. He went on to attend Atlantic Christian College in the summer of 1978 earning a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in accounting. During his time in ACC he joined the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and received the committee chairman of the year award and the man of the year award the next year.
In 1996, Steve joined insurance agency as an office manager. Since then he has become an agent who has received numerous awards which include the honor ring, national conference, chairman conference, and Southeast Region Star awards. The agency has grown to multiple locations in the cities of Goldsboro, Cary, Pinehurst, and Boone.
Steve is married to his loving wife, Sara Edwards Moore from Princeton, NC. They have two children, Rachel and Aaron, who graduated from the University of North Carolina. When Steve has some free time he enjoys camping, fishing, golf, and pool.
