Steve Moore was born in Goldsboro, NC on July 9th 1960. He is a huge fan of the outdoors and in 1976 Steve earned the rank of Eagle Scout. In 1978 he graduated from Rosewood high school. He went on to attend Atlantic Christian College in the summer of 1978 earning a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in accounting. While at ACC he joined the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and received the committee chairman of the year award and the man of the year award the next year.

In 1996, Steve joined an insurance agency as an office manager. Since that time he has become an agent who has received a number of awards which include national conference, honor ring, chairman conference, and Southeast Region star awards. The agency has grown to multiple locations in the cities of Boone, Pinehurst, Cary, and Goldsboro.

Steve is married to his loving wife, Sara Edwards Moore, who is from Princeton NC. They have two children, Rachel and Aaron that both graduated from the University of North Carolina. In his leisure time Steve enjoys fishing, camping, golf, and pool.

She and her husband moved to the Goldsboro area in 2007 after her husband received a call to a local church. A native Kentuckian, Kimberli studied at Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Louisville, where she made the Dean’s List and the Dean’s Honor List. She later worked at an international telecom in Dallas, TX and oversaw the Development Department at the seminary her husband attended.

Kimberli enjoys historical research and is an avid reader of primary sources and any history book of interest that she can find on sale. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, knitting, and watching holiday baking championships.

Kimberli has two children, seven grandsons, and three cats. She and her husband of forty-one years enjoy traveling and exploring the beauty of the Carolinas.
