It was a bad experience. After I gave the agent my claim number she asked me for my claim number, which we t down hill from there. I asked about a possible reimbursement for the Tow that we paid out of pocket. The agent replied she would have someone from the "glass" team reach out to me. I said it was a collision and damage to my vehicle.Agent sent me the wrong claim number again. I told the agent that was the wrong claim number a which time agent dound the correct claim number. Then, the agent said that she would have the adjusted, reach out to me. At this point we have had 3 adjusters, in the last 3 weeks, and felt I was getting the run around. I did not receive a call back or email from the adjuster. I sent an email to the claims Dept and called the adjuster for 3 days and I have NOT received a call back. I sent the claims Dept a copy of my invoice for the tow and asked about reimbursement. No one has contacted me as of yet. yheIangettiki

I am not happy with the service. I wanted a repair on my car and you wanted to total the car. This car is in excellent shape and will last years but you wanted to take my car from me. I am trying to withdraw my claim but I have had no communications from the total loss agent.
