Well, we received a notice that our insurance would be cut off. WHAT?? We ALWAYS pay our bills as soon as we get them.
Well, we received a notice that our insurance would be cut off. WHAT?? We ALWAYS pay our bills as soon as we get them. After some checking, the agency had listed the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. When we contacted them, well, yes they could help. They finally got the right email address and took payment, TWICE!!!! We tried to get it back but ended up disputing the second charge through our bank and THEY got the second payment back. Then we were told that they could not stop the supposed credit with no explanation. We, to this day, have not received another credit, which we would not want because then we would have to start again. This was NOT a good experience and we would hesitate to recommend Allstate because of this.
