I wish the agency would put in place a proactive review of its customers' needs or recommend customers to schedule such a review from time to time to assess if new or improved products might not be better suited to them. For example, at the occasion of a possible claim on my home insurance, I realized that a cheaper and possibly better home insurance coverage was available, and I had been overpaying likely for several years. Same for the car insurance. A review on a regular basis would allow to adjust quickly to our and to an evolving offer. evolving offer.
