Why do you offer reduced premiums to new customers but fail to offer them to customers who have been loyal to Allstate over the years? Is this how you reward your loyal customers? By forcing them to insure elsewhere to receive competitive rates? Please respond ASAP before I cancel my policy and go elsewhere for coverage. Thanks, Mike Brown

Anytime I have ever changed insurances, it was back dated to the beginning or started with the beginning of a new period
Anytime I have ever changed insurances, it was back dated to the beginning or started with the beginning of a new period...Allstate did not allow me to backdate it and charged me over two hundred dollars. In all my 56+yrs that has never happened!
