Renewing is easy. Follow on phone calls and emails is severely lacking. That ruins your customer service for me.

For the last year. I have been very unhappy with Allstate.
* the change from homeowners to CFP was a total surprise. I

* the change from homeowners to CFP was a total surprise. I could never get a copy of the Allstate side if the policy. I'd call and ask for one. I was promised it would be mailed or emailed. Never received.
* Weeks later I call and find out that the agent is retiring. Sold it to someone else.Still waiting for a copy of the policy
* weeks later I call the office and get a disconnect recording.
On the auto policy is the new agents name and address. By this time I'm fed up. I take the file and drive to the office. Get out of my car walk up to the door and its locked. Its the middle of a business day and people are in the office. That's it I'm done!. Canceled both the auto and homeowners policies with you.
