Was rather rapid and confusing. The competitive bid for homeowners was not apples to apples and the explanations given still have me wondering whether it was a good deal or not. I switched to Allstate, a higher priced spread, mainly because of an ugly claims experience with another company after being with them for 15 years claim free, and because Allstate seems to be much more honest when working a claim than I have experienced elsewhere.
