Josh brings nearly 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing to the agency. His professional career began in 1998 as an accounting representative while in college, where his passion for people, sports, and community quickly propelled him into various leadership roles. Over the years, Josh served in a variety of executive positions—experiences that strengthened his leadership and deepened his connection to the Central Valley community. A proud Fresno State alum, he continues to cheer on his Bulldogs alongside his wife Kimberlee and their three children.
Before launching the agency, Josh worked with an international distribution company, providing packaging solutions to a wide customer base. That role allowed him to build meaningful relationships throughout Central California and ultimately sparked the entrepreneurial drive that led him to build an agency focused on localized, personal service. His vision has always been simple: create an insurance experience centered on trust, accessibility, and genuine care for every family and business served.
Josh’s commitment to community impact is woven throughout his personal and professional life. He currently serves as Chairman of the Fresno Mission Board and Chairman of the Foundation for Clovis Schools, two organizations close to his heart and central to supporting families, students, and individuals in crisis. He also serves on the City of Clovis General Plan Committee, helping guide the long-term vision for the city he proudly calls home. Previously, Josh has served as an elder at New Harvest Church, a board member for CBMC Fresno and the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame, and the lead Promotional Strategist for the Global Leadership Summit’s Fresno/Clovis host site for over seven years. He is also a Leadership Fresno alum (Class 28) and a Business Street Online “40 Under 40” honoree.
Faith is the foundation of Josh’s life. His relationship with Jesus Christ shapes his values, leadership, and approach to serving customers—striving always to love God and love others well. Together with Kimberlee, his wife of 24 years, Josh is committed to seeing that the agency remains a place where people feel cared for, respected, and protected.
