I opened my family-focused Allstate agency in 2010 and I immediately felt a part of the business community in Southern Utah. My husband and daughter both work with me, and we love serving the people of St. George. My family and I love Southern Utah, and especially enjoy hiking and camping in Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. We also love to go boating in Lake Powell or locally at Sand Hollow and I particularly like riding our horses on trails in Snow Canyon and Pine Valley.

Giving back to the community, which has given us so much, is very important to me and I am grateful that Allstate supports my efforts. I currently serve on the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as 2023 Past Chair. I was also privileged to be a member of the board of trustees for the DOVE Center, a domestic violence shelter and advocacy center, from 2015 to 2021. I helped to facilitate the DOVE Center’s financial literacy program, chaired its annual gala fundraiser for three years and accepted the Community Partner Award in 2021. I previously served as president and member of the St. George Exchange Club, which donated over a $100,000 to help open the Thunder Junction All Abilities Park, where kids of all skill levels come and play.

In 2018, and again in 2023, I was awarded Allstate’s Southwest Region Ray Lynch Nomination to honor my community service, including an effort to help organize a statewide supply drive with other Allstate agencies to support those affected by domestic violence. Currently I am a member of the Allstate District Growth Council for Utah and the West Zone. I am proud to have ranked in the top 100 Allstate Agents nationally and consistently earn top awards within the company for a combination of excellent customer service, outstanding business results and unwavering high standards.

I was an Allstate customer for 18 years before becoming an agency owner, and I truly believe in this company and pride myself on excellent customer service. A trusted Allstate agent since 2010. Shonie is the force behind The Agency. She is passionate about assisting those around her and believes in the importance of helping individuals and families protect what they value most. Outside of the office you can find Shonie volunteering her time and talents as an active member of the Southern Utah community. She currently serves as vice chair for the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and served six years on the board for The Dove Center, a domestic violence shelter and advocacy center. She resides in sunny St. George, Utah with her husband, Dallas. Shonie and her family can often be found enjoying the outdoors camping, boating, or riding their rescue horses. Shonie and her husband are also proud grandparents to two active grandsons and a grand daughter on the way.

Dallas started The Agency with his wife, Shonie, in 2010. He’s been involved in agency operations working behind the scenes as the business manager, compliance officer and CFO. He’s an integral part of our family-owned agency and works closely with customers during the claims process. Dallas is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and is happiest when on the mountain. He also enjoys camping, traveling with his family, boating, and working with his horses.

Her love for animals shines through her lively household, home to six birds—including Walter, a rescued Military Macaw who began her passion for avian companions. Megan is an avid traveler and food lover, with a life goal of visiting every theme park around the world.
