Shonie Christensen
An Allstate Agent since 2010, Shonie Christensen is the heart and driving force behind the agency. With more than fifteen years of experience, she helps individuals, families, and businesses across Utah, Arizona, and Nevada protect what matters most.
Known for her personal approach, Shonie believes insurance should feel like a conversation, not a transaction. She takes time to understand each customer’s needs and helps them make confident decisions about auto insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, and business coverage. Her goal is to simplify insurance so every customer is helped to feel informed, protected, and valued.
Shonie and her team proudly serve customers throughout St. George, Salt Lake City, Cedar City, Provo, Ogden, and every corner of Utah, offering guidance and local experience backed by the strength of Allstate. Whether it’s reviewing a policy, explaining coverage options, or helping after a claim, the agency focuses on real relationships and helping with long-term protection choices.
Beyond the office, Shonie is passionate about giving back. She has a long-standing partnership with the Allstate Foundation Helping Hands Grant Program and has raised awareness for domestic violence prevention and financial abuse education throughout Utah. Her leadership in community outreach and support reflects her belief that help protecting people extends beyond policies and into empowering lives.
When she’s not in the office, Shonie enjoys life in sunny St. George, Utah with her husband Dallas, their rescue horses, and two dogs. Together they love spending time outdoors, camping, boating, and exploring the beauty of the Southwest. She is also a proud Mimi to two grandsons and one beautiful granddaughter. In recent years, Shonie has shared her message of courage, gratitude, and financial empowerment as a keynote speaker at business and community events across Utah.
Rooted in Utah, serving the Southwest, and driven by gratitude, Shonie continues to make insurance personal, approachable, and grounded in genuine care.

I am truly sorry this process added more frustration during an already incredibly difficult time. Losing your husband and then having to work through accounts, emails, and policy changes that were connected to him should not have felt this overwhelming.
While some of the technical account issues required assistance outside of our agency, I understand that the entire experience still reflects on us. I am sorry you felt passed from one place to another and that resolving these changes took so long.
We did want to help you through each step, but I recognize that the process itself was exhausting and that your experience did not feel supportive. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss and my apology for the additional stress this caused.
We truly value you as our customer, and if there is anything our office can do to make things easier moving forward, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help.
