Because went round and round trying to get insurance on a car I just bought policy change I rely on agents knowledge this time bought a car said needed insurance on it and after three different representatives the thirs says the record the calls, I suggested giving a photo of vin number license plate the third thought it was agent. After further discussion it was then not understanding me and me them she said i had 69 days to get insurance, I have always had insurance never been told by my insurance company good luck i wont have insurance until Monday on Friday before the weekend wrll i called and begged through the automated system to get insurance before 5 pm after putting car in my name.
I haven’t even called to see if my son my son’s Father still drive car will be covered. I will be searching somewhere else for insurance I sure do not ferl safe with All State

Based on the call recordings it was explained to you multiple times what information we needed so that your car could be added to the policy.
