Honestly, the few times we've had to interact with the office have not gone great. We have had Allstate Insurance for a number of years and had our agent change now 3 times as the previous 2 either retired or left the business. So we are now on our third in a short span of time. Todd seems like a nice guy but when we bought a new car recently and were adjusting our coverage to the new car and removing the old one, there were multiple screw ups. My wife and are not happy but also too busy to look into other option and thus have stayed with your company for now.
