Although I have found the insurance rates are competitive, The Allstate website is confusing and difficult to navigate to find the info I need. Too convoluted.
The volume of emails is overwhelming and unnecessary, especially at renewal time. Example, I get emails that tell me I have a new document on the website. When I click on the link, it takes me to my account page, but doesn't take me to the new document.

Adjust your deductibles which I inquired 6 months ago and the difference was on l y 5-10 dollars. No sufficient savings, so why would I adjust my deductables.
