I’ve lived in Northeast Ohio most of my life, and it’s truly home. I studied at Ohio University in Athens and later at the University of Phoenix’s Cleveland campus, and now our two office locations sit right in the heart of Summit County. My family and I love being close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Cleveland’s Playhouse Square—there’s always something beautiful or inspiring to enjoy, and we try to take full advantage of everything this area has to offer.

I started my insurance career in 2002 working for my dad, Robert McKenica—a Hall of Fame Allstate agent who spent 43 years taking care of local families. He retired in 2016 and passed away in 2022, and I’m incredibly proud to carry on what he built. Continuing our family’s legacy of honesty, kindness, and genuine relationships means a lot to me.

Community has always been at the center of my work. I’ve been part of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce for more than 15 years, and I love supporting local causes—especially those that help sick or homeless pets. I’m a proud Sato rescue dog owner, a member of the Sugar Plum Tour of Holiday Homes committee, and an ongoing supporter of the Humane Society of Summit County.

Outside the office, I’m a big Formula One fan and love traveling, concerts, interior design, photography, and making handmade cards. Anything creative or adventurous tends to pull me in.

In my time away from the Agency, I enjoys spending time with my husband and our shelter rescue dog, working in our garden (and canning all those goodies to enjoy later), reading, knitting and I am a competition ballroom dancer.
