I do show in our notes that we have reached out to you prior to each and every renewal since you have been with Allstate to discuss your auto renewal. We try to do our best for each and every one of our customers but as I mentioned the rates are not something that we can control. Thank you for your business and have a wonderful holiday season.

I do have trained and licensed staff that can take care of the majority of any needs for my insureds.
