I have been with The Valerie Randolph Agency for over 20 years. I must say that up until now I absolutely have had no problems. Recently, I was hit with a price increase on my car insurance, but let's be clear the agency was not responsible for the increase! I was making some changes on my policy which was frustrating to me and it was testing their patience as well. It took approximately 2 hours of my time and theirs. Let me be clear, they never lost their cool with me, they were polite and trying to help me grasp things about my policy I was having difficulty with and offered me options. I must say I did start to calm down because of my relationship with the ladies I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. I didn't like the answer but I did reach an understanding.
