I’m totally dissatisfied with the service and support from Zachary’s office. I was totally given the incorrect guidance to start my new home business pertaining to business insurance. In fact that if I did start my home business ALLSTATE would cancel my policy! We found this out after we did everything that was told to us by Zachary’s office. Very disappointed in how my situation was handled. To add insult to injury when I was calling to follow up on the status of my insurance quotes NO one returned my calls! Not even Zachary! I had to call another Allstate office to provide guidance and help moving forward. Not sure what happened to Zachary and his staffs level of service but I would NOT recommend this insurance agent to anyone looking to do the right thing!
