The young lady who was helping checked to see how the cost will be when the policy renewal comes up and found out that it will be more. She told me how much it would be so that I can check around if I want to to find a better deal elsewhere. That, to me is customer service that goes beyond normal. It is refreshing to get real concern instead of just wanting to just take a payment.
