We are very sorry to hear you make this comment. We have reviewed our notes on our interactions with you to understand how we let you down and work to improve the situation. We found that we have not talked to you directly in a long time. We see that you talked to Allstate home office recently and that you have most of your coverage with another Allstate agency. I never want to hear that Allstate customer service or one of my fellow agents have let you down, but I do feel you may have mistaken one of them for us. If not, and you have had a negative experience with us directly, we want to learn from our mistake and do our very best to make it up to you and never let it happen again.
