My original agent recently left the company. I’ve had issues with obtaining a quote for my two vehicles as a result. The facilitator of getting all of my info and policies was an employee by the name of Bonnie Smith. Totally professional and helpful. I don’t know what her role in the company is but she is the reason I’m staying with Allstate. It was a frustrating ordeal until she stepped in.

We strive for 5/5. Where did we fall short? This review is for us here, your local agency. Not your overall rating of Allstate. We find that if you are not 100% happy the cause is most often traced back to being upset about a rate increase. I totally understand that. I am paying much more now than I was two years ago. More for insurance and more for groceries, gas, auto repairs, doctor visits... everything. My family and I have looked for and found ways to save each month. One of them was actually shopping our insurance unfortunately. This was the first time in 12 years I have let someone other than my team quote my home and autos. I got a price from a State Farm agent friend of mine and an independent insurance agent friend. The State Farm auto was slightly lower than my current rate BUT the homeowner's price was 30% higher! The independent quotes were 10% more for both home and auto.
Anyway... I hope we, your local team has not let you down in any way. We are always here when you need us.
