I have been an Allstate agent in Orlando since 2009. Orlando has a mix of vacationers, residents and students and is jam packed with adventure. It is the home of many amazing theme parks which creates a bright and happy atmosphere within the community. My wife, Nikki, and I have a daughters, named Norah, and two black labs, named Poppy and Lunker. As a family, we like to be outside, visit the local amusement parks and keep up with hustle and bustle of the Orlando community.

Being involved in the community is very important to me. As an Allstate agent, I sponsor Kids Beating Cancer, Toys for Tots and Canine Companions. As a sponsor I conduct toy drives, participate in fundraisers and help to bring awareness to each cause. I am constantly looking for ways to be involved and give back to the community.

I became an Allstate agent because I enjoy working with my team as we help protect members of the Orlando community with Allstate products. From the start of this claim, i was pretty much terrified! I have heard all types of stories how bad claims against home owners insurance can be and how they can simply drop you after a claim. But, right away from the very start, the associate that helped us start our claim was amazing! Then Jalen Cortes, the inspector/adjuster was truly simply phenomenal! He was patient in explaining everything to us and made sure we understood! Anytime i had a question, he took the time to answer them to ensure my full comprehension!!!! I can not say enough good things about him. As of today, My roof has been replaced, the work in the interior due to the leaks is finished and we could not be happier to deal with all of Allstate/Castle Key associates!!! WE have been loyal customers for 24 years now and plan on another 24 mor3e!!!!

Can I give feedback because I have never been introduced to this gentleman? I have no idea about him. He's never called me. Never talk to me. The reason why I am under his agency is because my other agency left the area and I was given to this gentleman, I'm not saying Allstate is bad. I have no problem with our state but again I have no idea about this agency or who they are. They don't call they don't talk. I have tried calling them a few times and I get no replies or no responses.

We agreed to help service policies from other agencies when agent might retire or leave the industry. Your customer profile then gets copied into our system. Your profile was marked as Do Not Call so we are very limited in what we can reach out for. I see we spoke with you to help with home insurance last year and year before so I am hopeful that was done satisfactorly. If you wish to recieve more communications from us you would need to remove yourself from the Do Not Call. I believe you can do that in your Allstate.com account, which I don't believe has ever been created so I am going to send you an invite link to it.
