I also complain about my rate increase, they tell me there’s nothing they can do and I pay more. I had switched to this agency from one in Ontario, NY because they had turned into a sales only office, if you had a claim you took care of it yourself. Online. That’s why I switched but come to find out the only people in the insurance agency you really talk to are in sales. It’s all the same.
