Good news is since our claim was denied we will send photos of two senior citizens climbing on a roof to try and repair what an atmospheric storm does to a roof. Thanks for all your help, not!!!!!

I’m very sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced during the claims process and in your interactions with the other agencies involved. I completely understand why you’re upset, especially given the situation you and your family were left dealing with after the storm damage.

Even though I do not control claim decisions or the conduct of agents in other states, I never want any of my customers to feel unsupported or unheard. Why would you keep sending emails and snail mail to me if it doesn't apply!! You must have someone in the company who can adjust this algorithm!
