I understand, Glenn. My personal coverage also went up along with my milk, gas, taxes... everything. We actually have had around 10-12% less overall increase than ALL our major competitors have over the last three years. I wish we did not live in this reality, but we do. We are here for you, and you have great coverage at a fair and competitive price. Please let us know if we can every do anything at all for you.

Customer Service is all at the top of the process. Haven’t personally heard from anyone since our coverage began. I thought Allstate would be more than online and text messages. The policy increased before our 1 year coverage anniversary. Haven’t had any claims. We do appreciate the cash back.

Would you like for us to communicate more? We most certainly will reach out when we have anything at all to discuss with you but if you would like us to call every few months just to keep communication open, we will be happy to. Our auto policies renew every six months. I got a rate increase on my personal autos at that renewal as well. Unfortunately, everything is going up in price. The GREAT news is that we have increased rates on average 20% less than our competitors. Some have gone up over 50%. Not us. We look forward to seeing you again soon Lenton.

The original person acted like he was going to approve it and it wasent going to be a problem. But later when I stated a
The original person acted like he was going to approve it and it wasent going to be a problem. But later when I stated asking questions he tryed to get me to put the clame on hold and go after the power company myself wich would have put me at a risk of further damage happening and the clame being rejected due to neglect for not continuing the clame in a timely manner as it fell under sudden damage. That's when he reviled he can't even approve a case of this level and had to transfer me to high doller adjuster. Then with the new guy I was ran around on circles because he didn't like any of the original quotes from the contractors and trued to get me to take a fraction of what it would have actually cost to fix the damage. So I was stuck jumping through hoops paying for more quotes form "approved contractors" which all told me the same thing that the way they are saying to do the repair would be unsafe and would bot last long term. After much beggingwith no assistance from the adjuster I finally was able to get one of the contractors to agree to do it in a way that would be cheaper. Then the were talked down in price wuch later fou d out that ment only one side was painted mismatch
