As a life-long resident of the Shenandoah Valley, it is my pleasure to serve as your local Allstate agent in the Winchester and Front Royal areas. My decades-long affiliation representing Allstate and my years as an agent enable me to provide customers with the understanding they need to make informed decisions that will fit their specific needs. My office is fully staffed with a team of licensed professionals who specialize in extending exceptional custom care and service. Our team includes a trained staff of retention and protection specialists, as well as customer care specialists and customer service representatives. Not only do I feel it is important to serve the community on a professional level, but it is also important to me to give back and be present in the area as an involved citizen. Outside of the office, you may run into me at a number of community service project events that my husband and I are associated with. Currently, I am serving as the President of the Board of Directors for The Laurel Center, so a lot of my time is spent here! Because my team and I live locally, we seek to lend a helping hand wherever possible. From sponsoring sports teams to benefitting fundraisers that support local charities, my team stays busy the whole year long. Whether we are contributing to the homeless, victims of domestic violence, or low income families, we are constantly seeking ways to aid and improve the area. We feel that customers and our community always come first.

Kathy has been with the Jennifer Smith Agency since June of 2011. She is a licensed sales producer, but her specialty is assisting customers with their questions on a day-to-day basis to provide the products and knowledge that can best serve them. Whether it’s making changes to policies, helping with coverages, or helping with claims. Over the years, she has enjoyed getting to know customers and seeing their families grow and their needs change.

She and her husband and her four children were transplants to Winchester almost 17 years ago and are happy to be a part of this community. Kathy was an Interior Designer for 20 years prior to working in insurance so she still enjoys designing and creating when not at work.

As the daughter of Jennifer, Alexis started her time with the agency early on. While she may not be physically at the office as much anymore, she remains a key part of our team. She is currently pursuing a career in pro bono law, and attending West Virginia University's Law School. As she blossoms into her new field of choice, Alexis will maintain her insurance license and help around the office when available. When she's not knee-deep in school work or working, she loves to explore beautiful West Virginia and watch local country artists perform.
