I have had terrific agents ( Bob & Geoff Walker ) in my 50 year history with your company who communicated clearly & often with me. My current Agent is less accessible than the Pope. I still have never received a call from him explaining why the cost of my Umbrella Policy doubled last year.I would like to remain an Allstate customer but would like to be assigned a different agent. FYI. I currently have Car, Home, & Life Insurance policies with Allstate.Please help me transfer my 3 accounts to a different Agent near Laurel, Md.
