Jeffrey M. T. Hoffmeyer
Right out of high school (mid 1980s) I spent a few years as an accountant with a CPA firm then went to work as an accountant for myself then for a few large companies here in San Antonio. In the early 1990s is when I found the insurance business ... and my true passion.
I worked for myself for many years, then decided to accept a position at USAA. After getting laid off in 2004 I took a brief detour into the RV industry where my wife and I owned an RV dealership in Austin, TX where we ran the 2nd largest RV rental fleet in the state of Texas. After selling the company and spending a few years in Tulsa, OK as a Regional Sales Manager for one of the world's premier Bus refurbishing companies (National Bus Sales) I decided it was time to come back home to the biggest small town in America.
In January 2015 I came back to San Antonio and to the insurance business fulltime. In January - February 2015 I attended Allstate University in Irving, TX and Chicago, IL then moved my family back from Tulsa, OK then began the process of taking over the agency in Windcrest TX on the NE side of San Antonio. I am super proud to be associated with such an incredible, world-class company like Allstate. They have amassed an amazing group of leaders in the Texas Region that have helped guide my path as my family and I have made the transition.
It has been very easy to love and serve the customers as I continue to get to know each of them personally; they have been so very kind with the warmest of welcomes and extension of their trust, allowing me to continue to serve their family's insurance needs.
Over the 20+ years I've been in this industry I've had the pleasure of helping thousands of Texas families prepare for their futures, their retirement and simply design insurance strategies for their personal, family and business needs. It is an honor to now serve as your insurance agent! If I am not your agent yet, I look forward to getting to know you and to serving your family for many years to come. Thank you for letting me be just a small part of your lives! I never take it lightly and I count it as a blessing.
